Returns Policy

In the event of receiving your order and it is incorrect, damaged or defective you have 14 days from when you receive the products to return them back to us. You will not be charged a returns fee if it is an error that has occurred from our picking and packaging department.

You will receive the correct item, a refund or a credit note.

For returns please email us on customerservice@transpireclothing.co.uk and we will handle the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

Please include your name, contact information and your order number with a small paragraph explaining the issue. Please include a picture of the item if it is damaged.

If you have received the wrong size the item must be returned to us in the same re-sellable condition as arrival and in the original packaging including tags.

Upon your item return we will make a quick assessment on the item condition and your new item will be sent out to you within 2 business working days.

If a sale item needs to be exchanged and they are no longer stocked then a refund or exchange for another product will be provided.

Transpire Clothing will not be held responsible for any returned items that we do not receive. We advise taking out parcel insurance and that you are provided with a tracking number.

  • UK – 1-2 Business Working Days
  • Ireland 2-7 Business Working Days
  • Worldwide – 2-4 Weeks

Please allow 5 extra business working days before contacting us as these are only estimated delivery days.
